ABOUT OUR LEADERSHIP TRAINING
This is a self-guided learning program to help you learn about improvement-oriented Leadership. It also contains several forms and tools to help you lead in a continuous improvement environment.

There is a lot to becoming an effective leader, and often people skip over some of the fundamentals. We recommend working through this learning program in sequence.

The concept of 'natural born leader' is something of a myth. Some people might be better suited to leadership roles, but the majority of leadership comes from learning and practicing.

This is a growing program. Season 1 contains our Lean Training System materials organized for your use. Stay tuned for future seasons.
