ABOUT A3 THINKING
A3 Thinking is not easy. But our resources can make it less difficult to learn how to use this powerful tool effectively.

Our A3 resources follow our Learn, Teach, Do, Build philosophy.

LEARN:
You can work through our collections of training materials to learn on your own.

TEACH:
You can use our materials to teach your team. This includes playing videos for them, as well as using our PowerPoint Slideshow to teach them.

DO:
We provide you with a set of A3 templates and the know-how to put them to use to solve difficult problems.

BUILD:
Our Continuous Improvement Development System is geared towards creating the structure that will help you get the most out of the tools we teach. A3 Thinking is powerful but needs a strong infrastructure in place to reach its potential.
